In an attempt to help you even when I am sleeping, here are some of the questions clients ask most frequently.

BUT please note that most of the questions we get asked can be solved by following "The First Law of Computer Installations." This says, "When all else fails, try reading the Manual and/or Install Instructions"  :-)

Q. Will your system REALLY give me a win ?

Q. I am getting a message that the account is activated, however I cannot use the program.

Q. I had not completed the game number details correctly, and received an error message. I uninstalled the program, reinstalled it and completed the number details for my lottery. However, upon activation, the message correctly came back, that this program had already been activated.

Q. When do I get my software and Systems ?

Q. Why can't I see my Lottery Systems ?

A. Yes - provided you play a System that guarantees at least the minimum winning numbers for your lottery. If you play a "3 or More Winning Numbers" system, you will get 3, 4, 5 or all six winning lottery numbers.

A. To protect your investment, the activation database is set for 500 users only, with only 1 activation allowed. If you have uninstalled the software and then re-installed it for some reason, it would create this message.

Email us asking to "de-activate" your software. Then, when you open now, it should ask to be activated and should proceed to work just fine.

A. Your product was available for instant download. If you did not download it, please email us for the current download link.

A. Your Lottery Systems must be in the "Systems" folder. Please copy them there if you saved them somewhere else.

This Systems folder will have numbers after it that depend on the Lottery you play. For example, a 45 lottery with 6 main and 2 supplementary numbers will be "System450602" and a 49 lottery with 6 main and no bonus numbers will be "System490600"
